B. Unitech.qa General Terms of Service

1. Account Setup

Unitech.qa will set up your account after receiving payment and after our payment partner(s) have screened the order for fraud. It is mandatory to verify your email and phone number before placing your first order. This ensures the security of your account and helps prevent unauthorized access.

During the account setup process, you must provide an email address that is not associated with the domains you are signing up under. This email address will be used for all communications regarding your Unitech.qa account.

For added security, every client is required to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) using either email or an authentication app. This additional layer of security helps protect your account from unauthorized access and ensures the safety of your personal information and services.

Accounts paid through Sadad will be instantly activated. Domain names will be registered in real-time with the registry, and hosting and server accounts will be provisioned immediately. An email notification will be sent to the registered email address upon activation; please check your inbox, including your junk folder, and whitelist our emails to ensure you receive our communications.
